I had booked this place for my parents, who were on a pilgrimage to Goa for the exposition of St. Francis Xavier's relics. The wonderful and courteous front office staff of Michelle and Rishi were there to welcome my folks and show them to their room, overlooking a well-maintained garden. They also accommodated our request for an early check-in and late check-out to match the onward and return flights. Check-in was very smooth. The chef and staff, Sumeet, were there to manage any personalised meal requests, especially as they were elderly. Each meal was prepared with care and love. The hotel guided us on local tourist information and also provided us with a rental car that was clean. My folks really felt at home, and I would highly recommend this stay to everyone and would definitely rebook this property the next time we visit Goa.

The rooms were luxurious, food satisfying, amenities outstanding, with an exceptionally attentive staff. All the sights of Old Goa were a short distance away. I could walk to MOCA, the Cathedral, the Basilica, and the markets.

I like most locations near to Exposition of St Francis Xavier. Rooms are spacious and the AC is very cold, with hot and cold showers, a steam bath, a nice baby and adult pool and a Jacuzzi. Big elevator, daily, fresh fruit in the room. Gym equipment for bodybuilders.

Felt perfectly welcome at this place by the entire staff. The property is outside the village on the hill, in a very quiet location. It has a beautiful garden, lots of outdoor space and a big pool to cool down and relax any time of the day. The chefs of the restaurant are remarkable, with much love for detail, fresh, locally grown and high quality ingredients. The dinners I had were all unforgettable delicious experiences !

A luxurious stay, minutes away from beautiful Old Goa. The staff took amazing care of us, under the leadership of Mr Rishikumar Dwivedi. The vegetarian food was delicious, the pool was tranquil and the bed was incredibly comfortable - albeit queen size. We met and shared stories with the other lovely guests. The gym was awesome and the cookies they serve with tea are fabulous. We were a bit sceptical when we first arrived, but it’s a contemporary place with a very big soul.

This hotel is one of a kind - we stay in 5 star hotels and this is right up there. The staff are their greatest asset not withstanding the great rooms and other facilities such as pool (large), spa, sauna and gym. The food was excellent and on Valentines Day present I’ve with extensive and exceptionally preferred food and a red rose each. You must stay here- it is exceptional with kind and thoughtful staff. Stayed 3 nightsGarry & Agnes Perth Western Australia.

I came to Old Goa for an academic conference and found this hotel on Bookings.com. It exceeded my expectations. Absolutely superb. Clean and luxurious, gorgeous swimming pool and fitness center, walkable to the center of Old Goa and the most hospitable and courteous staff. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Old Goa.

We arrived by chance in this little jewel! A recent hotel complex really upscale, with very well maintained and complete facilities (tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, football, cricket, archery, all lit at night, 3 hammams, a well equipped gym, 2 bicycles, including 1 for children, available to walk the beautiful gardens...). The 9 rooms are elegant and very comfortable. The room cleaning and maintenance team is very active and performs meticulous and meticulous work with great availability and flexibility. The Presidential Suite was really perfect for our long stay. The location of this small palace is interesting for different reasons: Goa is very large, so between north and south, you have to drive 2 hours. Old Goa is in the center, and with the rental of a scooter, it allows to explore the 2 worlds of North and South, while being quiet in a green nature with a magnificent view of the basilica and all the surrounding churches, which you can admire from the roof top. For my part, I could watch the sunrise and sunset directly from my room. But the major asset of this unmissable establishment in Goa is undoubtedly its staff all speaking impeccable English, endowed with a professional sense, a kindness and a real desire to do well to satisfy your every desire! From the cuisine where the chef adapts to your tastes, all in strict compliance with a vegetarian commitment of the restaurant which we appreciated; But have no worries about it, the diversity, the quality of the products and the know-how of the chef are there, so whatever your food preferences, you will be delighted. The chef was keen to offer us throughout the month a really complete, hearty and different breakfast every day, with gluten-free products of high quality at our request. The experience was truly EXCEPTIONAL. So much so that I really hesitated to make this comment, so I would like to keep this little piece of paradise preserved from the tourist crowd to preserve it as we knew it my son and I next time we return! THANK YOU ALL! Michel, Rishi, Sohan Rana, Suryanshu, Saurav, Rishikesh Joshi and Biplab Chatterji, it was a real pleasure to meet you and keep you in our best memories while waiting to see you again. And above all, those whom I have not had the memory to quote, do not blame me, but whose care I have been able to observe in the work done every day, such as the gardeners, the very meticulous swimming pool and the charming conscientious maid in the morning, who put all their heart into these sometimes thankless but so precious tasks. I've seen you and I've enjoyed your work. MERCI.

Quite simply, amongst the best properties in Goa. The hotel has a chic European decor, (in fact the overall landscaping is extremely pleasing to the eyes) a lovely expanse of a lobby, a well sized pool and a jacuzzi that you didn't know you needed. There's an amphitheatre, a boxed football arena that trebles as a tennis court as well as a volleyball court. The best bits was a full sized archery range and a cricket net (with a bowling machine). The food (its vegetarian here) is freshly made (highly recommend the avocado toast), so, keep some time in hand. But those aren't the best bits about the hotel. The best part about the hotel is the staff. Their hospitality bowls you over. I had gone there to celebrate my wife's birthday and they went out of their way to make the day special. Hrishikesh, Rishi, Chef Amar, Jaswant and so many more members of the staff elevates the experience at the hotel to mind numbing levels. Go for it, you won't be disappointed.

The hotel has just opened and it’s immaculately kept throughout and it’s very modern and contemporary. The staff throughout the hotel from management to housekeeping to ground staff were all engaging and polite. We had the pleasure of the chef recommending some amazing different delicious food. The quality of the food was outstanding and the flavours were even better. It’s all too often people say it’s lovely and nice but in this instance it was amazing and outstanding. I have never had the head chef talk to you every day to find out of any allergies or dietary needs and adjust the meals accordingly. If you love vegetarian food or even if you are 50/50 like me I would highly recommend it. Whenever we come to Goa this will definitely be our go to hotel to stay and as their motto is it is a place away from “Home to home” and is 100% true.
